Formaldehyde-free cationic fixing agent,Improves washing fastness,Reactive and direct dyes

Improves the wash fastness of cotton and cellulose fibers dyed or printed with reactive or direct dyes, with minimal shade alteration.

Properties

  • Formaldehyde-free, safe cationic polymer.
  • Improves wash fastness without affecting shade, lightfastness, or handle.
  • Compatible with cationic and non-ionic products.
  • Liquid, transparent, slightly yellowish form.
  • Density: 1.10 – 1.20 g/cm³, pH (1%): 4.0 – 7.0.
  • Stable for 12 months in original packaging between 0–25°C.

Uses

  • Exhaustion: 0.75 – 1.5% at 40°C for 20 minutes, pH 5.0 – 6.0.
  • Padding: 7.5 – 15 g/l at pH 5.0 – 6.0.
  • Best performance in continuous processes.
